SPORTS INJURIES
I suffered a sports injury playing soccer three years ago and had many months of physico. and also an arthroscopy, but nothing seemed to help. It was effecting all aspects of my life from work, social events and most of all emotionally. Been in pain 24 hours a day for three years and not been able to play sport…was devastating. NECK & SHOULDER PAIN
I had been suffering from re-occurring neck & shoulder pain, due to exercise. One particular weekend I was basically immobilized by my neck seizing up. I was desperate to get help. I have had energetic treatment with another practitioner prior to this so I knew Donna & raced over to ask for help. I was working that night at 8pm setting up Christmas trees and I knew I couldn’t work in my current state. After about half an hour I could move my head & hold it straight, I was able to work that night!

EMOTIONAL ISSUES
I found Donna at a critical time in my life, a time when I had given up hope of “fixing” myself, and had learnt to live with who I was. Donna did not only heal me, but listened, counseled, and helped me to become who I am right now, strong, healthy of mind, body and spirit, healed. I, like a lot of people, had a past that was troubled, from my childhood through to now, and when things got too much, I tried to find help, but nothing worked. Friends, family, psychiatrists, counselors, I had all but given up. Then I was introduced to Donna by my partner, and I delayed through a lot of skepticism, but eventually attended my first session, I have to admit, in a very defensive frame of mind. Donna was caring, kind and listened, did not force anything, and soon my first session was over. It was emotional and hard, at times painful throwing up years of suppressed pain and memories, but I did it, and every session helped me release, and get on with my life, “cured” me of things which I had identified to be part of me, but which I eventually learned was not, and now, only 3 months later I am so grateful to Donna for who I am now.
